Coach on a perfectly kept court

Excellence in courts

Eighteen courts, three surfaces, one standard: every court, playable like a final, every single day.

Overview

Players notice the coaching. They feel the courts. Our grounds program treats all 18 courts — clay, acrylic hard, and grass — as tournament venues with a daily standard most clubs reserve for finals weekend.

The challenge

Three surfaces age three different ways: clay drifts and dries, hard courts lose pace and paint, grass simply never sleeps. One crew, one budget, zero off-season — the standard had to be a system, not heroics.

The approach

A dawn-to-dusk playbook: moisture readings before watering, pace testing every month, resurfaced hard courts on rotation, and a grass program with rest weeks built in. Members see the checklist posted at the gate — accountability you can read.

Outcome

Court-related complaints fell to nearly zero, visiting tournament directors now request us by name, and members book 30% more hours on the surfaces they used to avoid.
