Most beginners quit because they start wrong — too big a court, too fast a ball, too little guidance. Our beginner track fixes that with low-compression balls, right-sized courts, and a coach never more than a few steps away.
In eight weeks you will hold a rally from the baseline, serve with a continental grip, keep score, and know exactly which group to join next. Over 90% of our beginners graduate into a regular squad.
Everything a first-timer needs
Grip-to-rally curriculum
Eight progressive sessions: grips, ready position, forehand, backhand, serve, volley, scoring, then your first supervised match.
Footwork foundations
Split-steps, shuffles, and recovery steps drilled through fun movement games — the hidden engine of every stroke.
Free demo rackets
Borrow a properly weighted racket for your first month, then get fitted in our pro shop when you're ready.
Graduation match day
Every cycle ends with a friendly round-robin, medals, and a personal level card pointing to your next group.
Weeks 1–2 · Contact
Grips, ball tracking, and clean contact. Short courts, soft balls, big smiles.
Weeks 3–4 · Rally
Forehand and backhand patterns, moving to the ball, holding a 10-ball rally.
Weeks 5–6 · Serve + score
Continental serve motion, scoring, and the rules that make matches make sense.
Weeks 7–8 · Play
Volleys, first match tactics, and graduation match day with your group.
Perfect — most of our beginners start exactly there. The first session assumes zero experience and builds from bouncing a ball on the strings.
Any sports clothes and flat-soled shoes. Rackets, balls, and water are all on us for the trial and the first month.
